This merchant marine officer is from Pulp Figures and I have had him laying around with nothing to do, really. Perhaps he is captain of a Black Atlantic steamer.
Like all of Bob Murch's models, he is sculpted to be easy to pain, but look good.
It's such a generic figure, he could fit in many different periods.
Grandpa, here, is another OOP Alpha civilian.
The sculptor of these tried to sculpt eyeballs on them. It gives them an unusual look that I haven't seen anywhere else.
